About Guest Rooms

    Is there room service?

    A.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not offer room service. Meals are served in restaurant areas only.

  • Q.

    Can a group of 5 people stay in the same room?

    A.

    Japanese style room’s capacity is 4 people, but as it is about 36m2, we can arrange up to 5 futon. When you make a reservation, please book for 4 people and in the “remarks column” mention that you need an extra bed and we will prepare it.

    Can my baby sleep in the same bed as me?

    A.

    Yes, as most of the beds in our rooms are semi double sized, you can share the bed. We recommend the themed rooms, as the two beds are close to each other and you can sleep comfortably.

    Are there barrier free rooms?

    A.

    The structure is completely barrier free. The bathhouse is also accessible with wheelchairs. However, as we only have one room per day designed for wheelchairs (2 people capacity), we suggest you to contact us as soon as your trip’s date have been decided. Moreover, we would like to inform you that it is possible to rest a wheelchair at the hotel.

    What size is the room wear (yukata) prepared in the room?

    Adult size Yukata are prepared in the room according to the number of guests, however, if the one you find in your room does not fit you, we have different sizes, children ones included. Please do not hesitate to ask at the front desk.

    Are there drinks prepared in the refrigerator?

    A.

    No, the refrigerator is empty. Drinks can be bought at vending machines on the 5th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 12th, 13th floor and B1.
    Please note that vending machines on room floors cannot be used from 24:00 to 7:00 to prevent noise. Please buy your drinks outside the mentioned time or at B1.

    How big is one tatami?

    A.

    The size of tatami varies depending on the area, however, a standard tatami size usually corresponds to about 1.6m.

    Breakfast is served in a buffet style, which includes both Japanese and Western dishes. It is served from 7:00 to 9:30 (last entry 9:00).

    About food allergies

    A.

    Upon requesting it at least 5 days before, we can provide food free of the 7 major allergen ingredients: eggs, milk, peanuts, shrimp, crab, wheat and buckwheat. However, we do not provide food without the 20 other allergen: abalone, squid, salmon roe, salmon, mackerel, beef, pork, chicken, oranges, apples, banana, kiwi fruit, peaches, soybean, sesame, cashew nuts, walnut, yam, matsutake mushrooms and gelatin.
    Moreover, we ask you to understand that as we do not use different utensils in the kitchen, it is impossible to ensure you that the food provided did not come in contact with the above mentioned 7 major allergens.
    You are free to bring safe food (ready-made, froze, etc.) to eat during your stay and eat it at the same table as your trip companions, we will assist you by storing and heating it up for you. Please mention it at the time of reservation and during check-in.

    I would like to take a tour of the venue, do I need a reservation?

    A.

    Since the venue may be in use, please contact us prior to your visit. We accept reservations by phone (from 9:00 to 20:00) as well as online. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee the presence of English speaking staff on the phone (+81 – 977 – 72 – 9800).
    We also hold bridal fairs regularly, it is free to participate, please do not hesitate to ask us about the schedule.

    Can I have a small ceremony or a celebration dinner?

    A.

    We offer various plans according to your preferences and budget. We can arrange little private rooms as well and if you have any particular request, the staff will be happy to help you. You can check the following link as a reference:

    Can we have an after party at the hotel?

    There is a karaoke room, a bar and a lounge for you to enjoy the rest of the night.

    Is it possible for guests attending the wedding to stay at the hotel and have a traditional clothes dressing sessions before the party?

    Yes, we offer a special staying plan for them, please ask for details to our bridal representative. Guests should make a reservation through the bride and groom at least 2 weeks in advance. You can send your dresses to the hotel beforehand, or make a reservation for kimono rental.

    Is there any entertainment equipment that can be used during the wedding party?

    A.

    There are two wireless microphones and a wired one, CD and DVD players are also available. However, when bringing materials to be played, please make sure that media files are on a DVD-R, as for the moment, a blue ray reader is not available. If you want to play the DVD on multiple screens, please bring as many DVD as needed (one per screen) and make sure to write the title on each of them.
    You can check in advance at the venue if the DVD you have is compatible, from about 7 days before the wedding day.
    Please note that the hotel will not be responsible for the content of the videos and that depending on the circumstances some equipment may not be available.

    Our Tattoo Policy

    Guests with tattoos who wish to use the public bath facilities are required to use a tattoo cover seal for the duration of their public bath usage: the tattoo can be covered with no more than two 8cm x 10cm tattoo cover seals.

    Can I receive packages at the hotel?

    You can have a package sent to the hotel some days before your arrival or during your stay and we will receive it for you. Please make sure to write the hotel's name, the name you used to make your reservation, your arrival date (yyyy/mm/dd format) and in case you are part of a group travel, its name.

    If you want to send a package from the hotel, you can do that at the shopping plaza on first floor, where we also sell boxes. Please talk to the counter staff after having prepared the box and filled in the appropriate documentation.

    We can keep your luggage on the day of your arrival before check-in time and on the day of your departure after check-out time.

    Can I purchase medicines at the hotel?

    As regulated by Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Law, the hotel cannot provide medicines to our customers.
