1. Purpose

We prioritize customer safety, recognize the importance of proper food allergies, and establish "Food Allergy Policy" in order to eat dishes safely.

2. About Food Allergies

Ⅰ.

Food allergy means that when you eat, touch, inhale food, the immune system that should protect the body reacts excessively, causing symptoms harmful to the body.

Ⅱ.

Allergens defined by the Food Labeling Law
When food contains specified raw materials or raw materials equivalent to specified raw materials, display obligation or recommendation of display is stipulated.

3. Our basic way of thinking

In providing food and drink to our customers who have food allergies, our basic policy is to make customer safety the top priority, but please note the following matters in advance.

Ⅰ.

If we are asked to provide food allergies, we will only provide "hypoallergenic menus" except seven specified ingredients, and we will not take other measures as a rule.

Ⅱ.

Since we use various ingredients in the same kitchen, we do not use cooking utensils etc. dedicated to each ingredient. For this reason, it is impossible to reliably prevent the mixing of a small amount of unused ingredients as raw materials.
It is necessary to understand beforehand that you understand the circumstances of our company and that a small amount of ingredients not used as raw materials for the dish you provide will be mixed in beforehand.

About hypoallergenic menu

We offer "hypoallergen menu" which removes 7 items of specified raw materials with display obligation.

Items other than the specified raw material 7 items are not removed.

We are able to bring food safe foods (retort, frozen etc.) by yourself and eat and drink at the same seat.
Please tell us at time of reservation and hotel check-in.
(We will assist heating such as microwave oven and hot water boiler.)

Registration will be accepted up to 5 days in advance. Please note that applications after 4 days can not be accepted. (3 brought foods etc. are not limited to this)
