(hereinafter referred to as "our company"), in order to properly and smoothly use "DAIWA ROYAL HOTEL Internet reservation system" (hereinafter referred to as "this system") operated by our company to the customer, (Hereinafter referred to as "these Terms"). Please use this system in compliance with these Terms.
Conditions for using this system
We can use this system only for customers who can comply with this agreement and our accommodation agreement.
2. When you make an application for reservation for products / services offered by the hotel by this system, we will treat it as those agreed to this agreement and our accommodation contract with that application.
3. The Company conducts acts (prohibited acts) that the Company deems inappropriate, such as acts of annoying, disadvantageous or harming to third parties, acts that may interfere with our services Users are permitted to refuse the use of this system and each hotel in our company.
When you make an application for reservation, please fill out the necessary items accurately in the reservation application form of the desired product / service.
Effectiveness of application for invalid input
If there is any incompleteness in the input of the necessary items in the preceding article, the reservation application will be invalid.
When is the reservation made?
The reservation made by this system shall be established when our company which operates this hotel sends a notice of acceptance to the customer's application prescribed in Article 2.
Cancellation / change of reservation
When registration contents change, please make change registration promptly by using this system.
2. If the system can not be used due to unavoidable circumstances, the member should contact the hotel directly. Also, if you contact the hotel directly, the change cancellation notice will not be sent.

Acts that interfere with the operation of this system
Other acts that we deem inappropriate
In the case that the user damages the Company and this system by violating these Terms, the Company shall be able to claim all damages suffered by the user.
Payment of fee
Please pay the accommodation fee by cash or credit card when you check out at the hotel you use.
Acceptance of penalty fee
If cancellation or change of reservation is made at the customer's convenience, we will charge a penalty charge (cancellation fee) stipulated by our company. Since penalty fee is set for each accommodation plan you have reserved, please confirm the cancellation fee item of the corresponding plan in detail.
Handling of member information / reservation information
In order to deliver comfortable service to our customers, we use shared membership information and reservation information (history) in DAIWA ROYAL HOTEL. Registered information will be used by us for providing better service to our customers and will not be used for any other purpose except in the case of the following paragraph 2.
2. For corporate contracts using this system, if there is a request for information disclosure on the usage situation from the representative of the contracted corporation (including the person in charge whose authority has been entrusted) , We agree to disclose the member registration information and reservation contents (history) used as the corporation.
Change of this system
As we may make changes to this system without notifying the customer in advance if we decide it is necessary, please review this rule every time you use it.

Responsibility and Disclaimer of Our Hotel
We will indemnify the damage for the guests who fulfilled the accommodation contract and the contracts related thereto, or when they caused damage to the guests due to their default. However, this is not the case unless it is due to reasons attributable to the hotel.
When we can not provide guest rooms contracted to the guests, we will arrange other accommodation facilities under the same conditions as much as possible with the consent of the guests.
If we can not arrange for accommodation other than the above provision, we will pay a compensation fee equivalent to penalty payment to the guest, and the compensation fee will be used for damages compensation. However, we will not pay a compensation fee if we do not have reasons to be attributed to the hotel's responsibility about what guests can not offer.
Countries and courts where trials can occur
If the dispute with respect to this system occurs, customers and our company, the Japanese large shall be able to sue for the Osaka District Court.
