    Is there room service?

    A.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not offer room service. Meals are served in restaurant areas only.

  • Q.

    Are there any baby cribs available?

    A.

    There are baby cribs available for rent, the fee is \3,564. However, as the number is limited, please contact the hotel in advance. Also, since most of our rooms have a semi-double sized bed, you may want to share the bed with your child.
    Please note that in that case room amenities will not be prepared for your child, but room wear and a towel set can be rented at the front desk for respectively \300 and \500.

    Currently displayed prices include 8% in taxes. Please note that starting from October 2019 taxes may rise to 10%.

    Is there a barrier free room?

    We offer a wheelchair friendly Western Style Twin Room. The structure is completely barrier-free and the bathhouse is accessible as well. However, as we only have one wheelchair designed room, we advise you to contact us as soon as your trip dates are decided.

    The size of tatami varies depending on the area, however, a standard tatami size usually corresponds to about 1.6m.

    Food allergies

    Upon request, at least 5 days in advance, we can provide food free of the 7 major allergen ingredients: eggs, milk, peanuts, shrimp, crab, wheat and buckwheat. However, we do not provide food without the 20 other allergens: abalone, squid, salmon roe, salmon, mackerel, beef, pork, chicken, oranges, apples, banana, kiwi fruit, peaches, soybean, sesame, cashew nuts, walnut, yam, matsutake mushrooms and gelatin.
    Moreover, we ask you to understand that as we do not use different utensils in the kitchen, it is impossible to ensure you that the food provided did not come in contact with the above mentioned 7 major allergens.
    You are free to bring safe food (ready-made, froze, etc.) to eat during your stay and eat it at the same table as your trip companions, we will assist you by storing and heating it up for you. Please mention it at the time of reservation and during check-in.

    Do you have parking available at the hotel?

    Yes, there is a free parking with 380 units, more that the number of our rooms. Therefore, there is no need to reserve in advance.

    Is there a free pick up service?

    We operate a free shuttle bus between JR Maisaka Station (North Exit) and the hotel. Although reservation is not required, please inform us in advance if you are travelling as a group.

    How do I get to the hotel by train?

    A.

    You can use the Shinkansen till Hamamatsu Station, then ride the Jr local line towards Toyohashi, the second stop (Maisaka Station) is the closest to the hotel. From there, you can reach the hotel in 7 minutes by using the free shuttle bus or a taxi.

    Do you have any conference rooms or banquet halls?

    There are 13 venues that can be used depending on the number of guests. The maximum capacity is 800 people. There are 6 smaller conference rooms too (around 50 people) and private rooms can be arranged for small dinner parties as well.

    There is free Wi-Fi connection in the Lobby Area, the Rooms and the Restaurants.

    Can I receive packages at the hotel?

    You can have a package sent to the hotel some days before your arrival or during your stay and we will receive it for you. Please make sure to write the hotel's name, the name you used to make your reservation, your arrival date (yyyy/mm/dd format) and in case you are part of a group travel, its name.

    If you want to send a package from the hotel, you can do that at the shopping plaza on first floor, where we also sell boxes. Please talk to the counter staff after having prepared the box and filled in the appropriate documentation.

    Can I store my luggage at the hotel before and after my stay?

    We can keep your luggage on the day of your arrival before check-in time and on the day of your departure after check-out time.

    Can I purchase medicines at the hotel?

    As regulated by Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Law, the hotel cannot provide medicines to our customers.

    Our Tattoo Policy

    A.

    Guests with tattoos who wish to use the public bath facilities are required to use a tattoo cover seal for the duration of their public bath usage: the tattoo can be covered with no more than two 8cm x 10cm tattoo cover seals.
