By the Azure-Hued Lake
A quiet base for Shizuoka sightseeing. Overlooking the picturesque Hamana Lake, THE HAMANAKO aims to deliver you the true resort stay experience. Enjoy a luxurious meal while overlooking the Hamana Lake, then soak yourself in the hot springs after a long day. There are also SPA and other relaxation facilities available for your convenience. Let this holiday be about you!

Local Delicacies
Taste the local flavors of Hamamatsu! The rich selection of Japanese and Western-style dishes served in the buffet-style breakfast and dinner is a true feast for both the stomach and the eyes.
You can find more detailed information on restaurants and food under the "Where to Eat" option of the Local Tips menu.

Japanese Onsen Experience
The water of the outdoor rock bath originates from the Yuuto hot springs, springing out from five hundred metres below the ground. The hot spring borrowed its name from the town it surfaced in. The indoor Japanese-style bath house is also sourced by the Yuuto hot springs. Additionally, a sauna is also available in each bathhouse. The male bathhouse is equipped with a dry sauna, while the female bathhouse has a steam sauna.

A Resort Ceremony
THE HAMANAKO is equipped with its very own chapel, Chapel Saint-Laurent. The shining glass flooring can be lit up as you walk towards the altar, resulting in a romantic atmosphere. After the ceremony, you can pick and choose between many venues for the banquet itself. Be it a restaurant, or a banquet hall with larger seating capacity, we will fully support you in arranging the wedding of your dreams.

Book Your Venue Today
It is possible to reserve banquet halls and conference halls within THE HAMANAKO. The hotel is equipped with halls of various sizes, which can be used for several purposes. Please get in contact with the hotel if you are interested in booking a venue for your event.
