Unfortunately, we do not provide room service. Meals are served at restaurants only.

Do you provide baby cribs?
A.
Unfortunately, we do not provide cribs. However, as our beds are semi-double sized, you may want to consider sharing the bed with your kid.

What view can I see from my room?
A.
Some rooms face Matoya Bay, while some face Ise Shima Country Club and Toba Bay. We try our best to accommodate your preference, however, please understand that depending on the availability we may not be able to fulfill your request.

Which room should I select if my group is composed of 5 people?
A.
Since the Western Style Room’s maximum capacity is 4 people, we suggest to book the Japanese Style Room (36㎡) or the Family Room, where 5 futon will be arranged.

How big is one tatami?
A.
The size of tatami varies depending on the area, however, a standard tatami size usually corresponds to about 1.6㎡.

Reservations can be made one year in advance by phone and 6 months in advance through our homepage.

Is cancel free of charge?

You can cancel for free up to 3 days before the stay. After that the full fee will be charged.

Are there chairs for babies at the restaurants?
A.
There are some, but as the number is limited, please tell us if you need any at the time of reservation.

How is breakfast like?
A.
Breakfast is served in a buffet style, with both Japanese and Western dishes.
Please reserve it in advance, or when checking in.
Please note that during New Year’s and other holidays prices may vary. Moreover, depending on the booking situation, a meal set (Japanese or Western) will be served instead. -

About allergies
A.
Upon request, at least 5 days in advance, we can provide food free of the 7 major allergen ingredients: eggs, milk, peanuts, shrimp, crab, wheat and buckwheat. However, we do not provide food without the 20 other allergens: abalone, squid, salmon roe, salmon, mackerel, beef, pork, chicken, oranges, apples, banana, kiwi fruit, peaches, soybean, sesame, cashew nuts, walnut, yam, matsutake mushrooms and gelatin.
Moreover, we ask you to understand that as we do not use different utensils in the kitchen, it is impossible to ensure you that the food provided did not come in contact with the above mentioned 7 major allergens.
You are free to bring safe food (ready-made, froze, etc.) to eat during your stay and eat it at the same table as your trip companions, we will assist you by storing and heating it up for you. Please mention it at the time of reservation and during check-in.

Can I park my car at the hotel?

Yes, you can. There are 220 parking units and they are free of charge.

Is there a free shuttle bus from the closest station to the hotel?
A.
There is a free shuttle bus from Kintetsu Ugata Station. Travelling time is about 15 minutes. Please check the timetable at the link below.

About Other Services

Are there some golf courses nearby?
A.
Ise Shima Country Club is the closest to the hotel (5 minutes by car). You can reserve directly from its home page, or, upon request, we will make a reservation on your behalf.
There are other courses as well (all about 30 minutes by car), however, as we are affiliated with Ise Shima Country Club only, we ask you to make a reservation by yourself.

Is there a pool in the hotel?

Although there is a pool, please note that it is open only during the summer period, which goes from mid-July until late August.

Please note that entrance to the pool area incurs a charge for hotel guests. -

Is there some other entertainment?

There is a game corner located on B1 Floor and 2 outdoor tennis courts (hard type). Shoe rental is also available.
Please note that it is not possible to play at night. -

There is free Wi-Fi connection in the Lobby Area, the Rooms and the Restaurants.

- We are unable to provide support for the functioning of your device, please refer to your device’s manual or support system.
- The service does not guarantee 100% internet availability.
- Depending on your equipment and location, it may be difficult to connect.

- We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by unexpected suspension or malfunction of the service.
- It is the customers’ responsibility to keep the connection secure. The hotel is not responsible for security issues such as viruses, leak of information etc.

Can I receive packages at the hotel?

You can have a package sent to the hotel some days before your arrival or during your stay and we will receive it for you. Please make sure to write the hotel's name, the name you used to make your reservation, your arrival date (yyyy/mm/dd format) and in case you are part of a group trip, the name of your group.

Can I store my luggage at the hotel before and after my stay?

We can keep your luggage on the day of your arrival before check-in time and on the day of your departure after check-out time.

Can I purchase medicines at the hotel?

As regulated by Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Law, the hotel cannot provide medicines to our customers.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation. Please purchase necessary medicines before travelling. -

Our Tattoo Policy
A.
Guests with tattoos who wish to use the public bath facilities are required to use a tattoo cover seal for the duration of their public bath usage: the tattoo can be covered with no more than two 8cm x 10cm tattoo cover seals.
We sell tattoo cover seals at the front desk.
