    Check in is from 15:00, while check out is at 11:00.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not offer room service. Meals are served in restaurant areas only.

    Are there any baby cribs available?

    Unfortunately, we do not provide baby cribs. However, we can add an extra bed or futon (upon paying an extra fee). Also, most of our rooms have a semi-double sized bed, so you may share the bed with your child.

    The size of tatami varies depending on the area, however, a standard tatami size usually corresponds to about 1.6m

    Are there any ski resorts nearby?

    There are 3 ski areas you can enjoy around the hotel:
    Ibukiyama Ski Resort (about 30 minutes by car), Okuibuki Ski Resort (about 60 minutes by car), Yogo Kogen Resort Yap (about 90 minutes by car).

    Are there any golf courses nearby?

    The nearest golf course is Hikone Country Club (about 30 minutes by car). There are also Tsuruga Kokusai Golf Club, Ogaki Country Club and Meishinryuo Country Club. You can book through our hotel so please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Breakfast is served in a buffet style, which includes both Japanese and Western style dishes. It is served from 7:00 to 9:30 (last entry 9:00).

    Is there hotpot available?

    From December to February we prepare crab hotpot (\6,000 per person), duck hotpot (\8,000 per person) and Shabu Shabu (\6,000 per person).
    Shabu-shabu is a Japanese hotpot dish of thinly sliced meat and vegetables boiled in water.

    Prices do not include tax.

    Is there a dress code?

    You may wear the yukata and slippers prepared in your room to go to the Chinese and Japanese Restaurants, however, please refrain to wear it when eating at the Western restaurant Laise Passe on the 13th floor.

    About allergies

    Upon request, at least 5 days in advance, we can provide food free of the 7 major allergen ingredients: eggs, milk, peanuts, shrimp, crab, wheat and buckwheat. However, we do not provide food without the 20 other allergens: abalone, squid, salmon roe, salmon, mackerel, beef, pork, chicken, oranges, apples, banana, kiwi fruit, peaches, soybean, sesame, cashew nuts, walnut, yam, matsutake mushrooms and gelatin.
    Moreover, we ask you to understand that as we do not use different utensils in the kitchen, it is impossible to ensure you that the food provided did not come in contact with the above mentioned 7 major allergens.
    You are free to bring safe food (ready-made, froze, etc.) to eat during your stay and eat it at the same table as your trip companions, we will assist you by storing and heating it up for you. Please mention it at the time of reservation and during check-in.

    Can I park my car at the hotel?

    A.

    We have a parking lot with 150 units. It operates on first-come first-served basis and reservation in advance is not possible. You can park your car before check-in as well as after check-out. As parking spot is secured upon purchase, you can take you car out as many times as necessary and enjoy sightseeing without worry.

    The adults'pool is about 25 meters long and 12 meters wide, the deepest point is 110cm.
    Children's pool (ring-shaped) is about 7 meters in diameter and the deepest point is 50cm. There are changing and shower areas as well.
    Please note that in order to use the pool you must:
    - Have completed the check-in procedures at the front desk,
    - Wear swimwear,
    - Refrain from using the children only pool,
    - Follow the instructions of the lifeguard,
    - Use floats that are smaller than 120cm,
    - Understand that depending on weather conditions the pool may be closed during normal business hours.

    Currently displayed prices include 8% in taxes. Please note that starting from October 2019 taxes may rise to 10%.

    Our Tattoo Policy

    Guests with tattoos who wish to use the public bath facilities are required to use a tattoo cover seal for the duration of their public bath usage: the tattoo can be covered with no more than two 8cm x 10cm tattoo cover seals.

    A shopping plaza is located on the 1st floor.
    You can choose among a wide range of local specialties from Nagahama and Shiga prefecture, but we also sell travel necessities and bath goods used in our hot spring.

    There is free Wi-Fi connection in the Lobby Area, the Rooms and the Restaurants.

    - Depending on your equipment and location, it may be difficult to connect.

    Can I receive packages at the hotel?

    You can have a package sent to the hotel some days before your arrival or during your stay and we will receive it for you. Please make sure to write the hotel's name, the name you used to make your reservation, your arrival date (yyyy/mm/dd format) and in case you are part of a group travel, its name.

    If you want to send a package from the hotel, you can do that at the shopping plaza on first floor, where we also sell boxes. Please talk to the counter staff after having prepared the box and filled in the appropriate documentation.

    Can I store my luggage at the hotel before and after my stay?

    We can keep your luggage on the day of your arrival before check-in time and on the day of your departure after check-out time.

    Is there an ATM at the hotel?

    There is no ATM at the hotel, however, there is one in the Heiwado Tower, in front of Nagahama Station, a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Family Mart and Seven Eleven are also close to the station.

    Can I purchase medicines at the hotel?

    As regulated by Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Law, the hotel cannot provide medicines to our customers.
