    Is it possible to use the banquet hall for small groups?

    A.

    Japanese and Western-style banquet halls are available for big and small groups alike, upon paying a fee. Our Chinese Restaurant “Yanjing” and Japanese Restaurant “Hanakagari” also have private rooms. No extra fee is charged here, but please note that reservation in advance is required.

    How is breakfast like?

    A.

    Our breakfast is arranged in a buffet style, which includes both Japanese and Western style dishes. It is served from 7:00 to 9:30 (last entry 9:00). Depending on the date, the starting time may change.
    When your plan does not include breakfast, you can buy a ticket for the following prices:

    About food allergies

    Upon request, at least 5 days in advance, we can provide food free of the 7 major allergen ingredients: eggs, milk, peanuts, shrimp, crab, wheat and buckwheat. However, we do not provide food without the 20 other allergens: abalone, squid, salmon roe, salmon, mackerel, beef, pork, chicken, oranges, apples, banana, kiwi fruit, peaches, soybean, sesame, cashew nuts, walnut, yam, matsutake mushrooms and gelatin.
    Moreover, we ask you to understand that as we do not use different utensils in the kitchen, it is impossible to ensure you that the food provided did not come in contact with the above mentioned 7 major allergens.
    You are free to bring safe food (ready-made, froze, etc.) to eat during your stay and eat it at the same table as your trip companions, we will assist you by storing and heating it up for you. Please mention it at the time of reservation and during check-in.

    Where is the nearest station?

    A.

    The closest one is "Edamitsu station" on the JR Kagoshima Main Line. However, please keep in mind that express trains do not stop at that station. When using a limited express train, the closest station is "Yawata Station" if coming from Hataka; "Tobatae Station" if coming from Kokura. The hotel is about 8 minutes walking from "Edamitsu Station", less than 2 minutes by taxi. As the hotel is located on a hill and it is necessary to climb stairs and walk uphill to get there, if you are travelling with big suitcases, we suggest using a taxi.

    How can I go by car?

    A.

    The closest interchange to the hotel is the Kitakyushu Highway "Edamitsu Interchange". It is about 2 minutes to the hotel. After turning right at the exit signal, please go straight ahead.

    Can I receive packages at the hotel?

    You can have a package sent to the hotel some days before your arrival or during your stay and we will receive it for you. Please make sure to write the hotel's name, the name you used to make your reservation, your arrival date (yyyy/mm/dd format) and in case you are part of a group travel, its name.

    If you want to send a package from the hotel, you can do that at the shopping plaza on first floor, where we also sell boxes. Please talk to the counter staff after having prepared the box and filled in the appropriate documentation.

    We can keep your luggage on the day of your arrival before check-in time and on the day of your departure after check-out time.

    Can I purchase medicines at the hotel?

    Our Tattoo Policy

    Guests with tattoos who wish to use the public bath facilities are required to use a tattoo cover seal for the duration of their public bath usage: the tattoo can be covered with no more than two 8cm x 10cm tattoo cover seals.

    What time is check in and check out?

    Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is until 11:00. The check-in procedure can be done any time, but guestrooms can only be entered from 14:00. Please do not hesitate to ask us about parking and luggage storage.

    How big is one tatami?

    A.

    The size of tatami varies depending on the area, however, a standard tatami size usually corresponds to about 1.6㎡.
