    Is there room service?

    Unfortunately, there is no room service. Meals are served at the hotel’s restaurants area only.

    Are there any non-smoking room?

    Yes, there are. Please select the non-smoking room at the moment of booking. Please note that if fully booked, it may not appear in the options. In that case, please write your preference in the comment section and we will deodorize the room for you.

    Is room wear provided?

    We prepare yukatas for our guests. There are different sizes, if the one you find in your room does not fit you, please do not hesitate to come to the front desk.

    How is breakfast like?

    Breakfast is served in a buffet style, which includes Japanese and Western dishes. It is served from 6:30 to 9:00 (last entry 8:30).

    About food allergies

    Upon requesting it at least 5 days before, we can provide food free of the 7 major allergen ingredients: eggs, milk, peanuts, shrimp, crab, wheat and buckwheat. However, we do not provide food without the 20 other allergen: abalone, squid, salmon roe, salmon, mackerel, beef, pork, chicken, oranges, apples, banana, kiwi fruit, peaches, soybean, sesame, cashew nuts, walnut, yam, matsutake mushrooms and gelatin.
    Moreover, we ask you to understand that as we do not use different utensils in the kitchen, it is impossible to ensure you that the food provided did not come in contact with the above mentioned 7 major allergens.
    You are free to bring safe food (ready-made, froze, etc.) to eat during your stay and eat it at the same table as your trip companions, we will assist you by storing and heating it up for you. Please mention it at the time of reservation and during check-in.

    Is a reservation required for the restaurants?

    A reservation is not required, however, as our restaurants get crowded during the weekend, it is recommended. Please note that the Japanese Restaurant Bar “Ajinoren” does not accept reservations.

    What is the closest station?

    A.

    When coming by shinkansen, the closest station is Shiroishi-Zao.
    If you are using the local train, close stations are Ogawara Station and Shiroishi Station. Unfortunately, there is no pick up service, please use the bus bounded for Togatta Onsen and get off at the last stop, that will leave you in front of our hotel.
    There is a bus departing from Sendai Station 10 times a day, it takes around 1 hour and 1 minutes and the cost is around 1,200\.

    How are road conditions in winter?

    We recommend to have stud-less tires and tire chains, as it may be dangerous with normal tires.

    How far is the closest convenience store?

    5 minutes by car and 20 minutes by walking.

    Yes, upon paying a fee, you will be able to use the hot springs from 12:00 to 21:00 (last entrance 20:00). ※Wednesdays 14:00 ~ 21:00

    Our Tattoo Policy

    Guests with tattoos who wish to use the public bath facilities are required to use a tattoo cover seal for the duration of their public bath usage: the tattoo can be covered with no more than two 8cm x 10cm tattoo cover seals.

    -Depending on your equipment and location, it may be difficult to connect.

    Can I receive packages at the hotel?

    You can have a package sent to the hotel some days before your arrival or during your stay and we will receive it for you.     We can keep your luggage on the day of your arrival before check-in time and on the day of your departure after check-out time.

    Can I purchase medicines at the hotel?

    As regulated by Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Law, the hotel cannot provide medicines to our customers.
