    Yes. We prepare rooms with baby cots. However, since the available amount is limited, please contact the hotel in advance if you need any.

    You can book on the same day as well. However, as the restaurants may be crowded (especially during weekends and holidays), we recommend making a prior reservation.

    A.

    Upon request, at least 5 days in advance, we can provide food free of the 7 major allergen ingredients: eggs, milk, peanuts, shrimp, crab, wheat and buckwheat. However, we do not provide food without the 20 other allergens: abalone, squid, salmon roe, salmon, mackerel, beef, pork, chicken, oranges, apples, banana, kiwi fruit, peaches, soybean, sesame, cashew nuts, walnut, yam, matsutake mushrooms and gelatin.
    Moreover, we ask you to understand that as we do not use different utensils in the kitchen, it is impossible to ensure you that the food provided did not come in contact with the above mentioned 7 major allergens.
    You are free to bring safe food (ready-made, frozen, etc.) to eat during your stay and eat it at the same table as your companions, we will assist you by storing and heating it up for you. Please let us know at the time of reservation and during check-in if you would like to be assisted with this.

    I would like to take a tour of the venue, do I need to make a reservation?

    A.

    Since the venue may be in use, please contact us prior to your visit. We accept reservations by phone (from 11:00 to 18:00) as well as online. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee the availability of English speaking staff on the phone (+81 – 0940 – 62 – 1811).
    We also hold bridal fairs regularly, it is free to participate, please do not hesitate to ask us about the schedule.

    有沒有可以在婚禮期間使用的娛樂設備?

    A.

    There are two wireless microphones and a wired one, CD and DVD players are also available. However, when bringing materials to be played, please make sure that media files are on a DVD-R, as for the moment, blu ray disks are not supported. If you want to play the DVD on multiple screens, please bring as many DVD as needed (one per screen) and make sure to write the title on each of them.
    You can check in advance at the venue if the DVD you have is compatible, from about 7 days before the wedding day.
    Please note that the hotel will not be responsible for the content of the videos and that depending on the circumstances some equipment may not be available.

    We offer various plans according to your preferences and budget. We can arrange little private rooms as well and if you have any particular request, the staff will be happy to help you.

    Do you have a free pick up service?

    A.

    Free shuttle bus pick-up is available from Hakata Station and Togo station with the following timetable:

    From Hakata Station departures at 10:30; 13:30; 17:00
    From Togo Station departures at 11:25; 14:25; 17:55

    From the hotel to the station, departure times as follows:
    To Hakata Station at 9:00; 12:00; 15:30
    To Togo Station at 9:00; 12:00; 15:30

    Please make sure to reserve by 18:00 of the day before.

    Can I connect to the internet at the hotel?

    There is free Wi-Fi connection in the Lobby Area, the Rooms and the Restaurants.
    Please select the wireless network (SSID) called “genkairh” on your device.
    Please note that:
    -We are unable to provide support for the functioning of your device, please refer to your device’s manual or support system.
    -The service does not guarantee 100% internet availability.
    -Depending on your equipment and location, it may be difficult to connect.
    -Connection speed might slow down due to unforeseen circumstances.
    -We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by unexpected suspension or malfunction of the service.
    -It is the customers’ responsibility to keep the connection secure. The hotel is not responsible for security issues such as viruses, leak of information etc.
    -For security reasons, we cannot answer questions concerning our system.
    -We do not rent out equipment such as Wi-Fi routers etc.

    我可以在飯店收包裹嗎?

    A.

    You can have a package sent to the hotel some days before your arrival or during your stay and we will receive it for you. Please make sure to write the hotel's name, the name you used to make your reservation, your arrival date (yyyy/mm/dd format) and in case you are part of a group trip, the name of the group.

    有紋身的客人如果想要使用公共浴室設施,則需要在公共浴室使用期間使用紋身封印:紋身可以覆蓋不超過兩個8厘米x 10厘米的紋身封印。
