Take a closer look at around 70 species and 700 animals from all over the world, including white lions, tigers, and giraffes! You can use a car or hop on a private bus to explore the safari animals. It is possible to feed them from the safety of the safari bus. There is also a night safari experience available, for those who are looking for something different. The Jungle Steak Café on site offers a wide variety of food, including pancakes and shaved ice, so you can relax after a day of enjoying the safari.

This is a resort-type shopping mall, located around twenty minutes from the hotel. You can find brand name shops, fashion outlets, sportswear, as well as around 160 shops dealing delicious food and souvenirs of Nasu. Enjoy shopping!

The Castle of Sweets- Nasu Heartland opened in 1989. You can taste famous brand cakes for free in this shop, as well as watch the restaurant’s moon shaped delicacy being made through glass walls. On the top floor, there is a café and a restaurant, where you can buy the cakes you tasted downstairs, and fully enjoy them.

This is the largest trick art museum in Japan. Enjoy three different locations within the museum, introducing three types of trick art. You can play around with funny recreations of famous artworks, as well as visit the reproduction of the Vatican’s Sistine Chapel here. Apart from enjoying all the photo opportunities with various trick art pieces, you can also look at the production process of trick art. Go wild!

This is a ski resort, especially popular with families. There are ski courses for children and adults alike, so families with children can also enjoy skiing. In addition, there is a snow play area for children too, and sleds with free rental handle. The park is also equipped with a refresh room, where you can take off your shoes a bit and relax.
Outside the skiing season, you can enjoy the spectacular view of the azaleas and lilies, and the autumn leaves from here, too. There is also a gondola service working in the non-snowy seasons, to enjoy the scenery.

Nasu World Monkey Park is a zoo, where you can get in contact with many different types of animals. Children under six years old can feed monkeys from outside the cage, and above the age of six it is possible to enter the cage and get in contact with the monkeys.
A 30-40 minute-long monkey show is also held three times a day. In special seasons, you can also try riding an elephant, for a thousand yen, in the Forest of Elephants. This is a unique experience for animal-lovers to get close to animals they do not normally get the chance to interact with.

This farm is admission and parking charge. You can explore the rich natural environment where this ranch is located, and find out more about dairy production. This ranch is breeding the Ganji cow – and it is said that there are only about two hundred of these animals all over Japan. Their high quality, yellowish-colour milk are dubbed the “golden milk” for both colour and exquisite taste.
There is a restaurant available on site, where you can try delicious home-made hamburgers, and other unique goods. Ice cream, cheese, sweets, and milk jam are also being sold in the restaurant.

This is another theme park located in Nasu, characterized by a huge pink duck, which floates on the Rindo Lake. Unlike Nasu Highland Park, this facility has no roller coaster rides, and is more experience-oriented. It is possible to enjoy go-karting, archery, virtual reality baseball, Airwheels, and ninja-obstacle courses. As the park is more family and child-friendly, you can also find horses, llamas, alpacas etc. on site, who also take part in a parade.
In the winter you can enjoy pretty illuminations, while there are fireworks held in the park over the summer period.

Nasu Animal Kingdom is a zoo, offering unique hands-on experiences. You are able to attend many shows where you can witness animals in a more natural context, unlike in other zoos. It is possible to watch birds of prey, cats, dogs, sheep, and seals in action. Here, it is also possible to get close to animals, as the zoo makes its priority to create safe environments, where animals and guests can interact with each other. You can meet and feed capybaras as well as alpacas, and spend time with monkeys, birds, and other animals without a fence between you.
There are also several restaurants installed on site, as well as a souvenir shop, where you can buy Nasu Animal Kingdom merchandise.

Nasu Highland Park is the largest amusement park located in Tochigi Prefecture. It has a wide variety of attractions, which can be enjoyed both in good, and rainy weather. Especially that apart from outdoor roller coasters, it also has a special ride located indoors. With over 40 rides, there are several attractions also available for small children, so this could be a fun experience for the whole family. The amusement park also has an abundant choice of restaurants, following different themes.
